Cederroth Respiratory Mask is a tool for providing mouth-to-mouth breathing properly while reducing the risk of contact between helper and injured person. The respirator consists of a plastic cloth with check valve. Clear instructions are printed directly on the cloth. The plastic cloth contains clear instructions for the mouth-to-mouth method and how the mask should be placed over the injured person's face. The check valve signals which side is to be placed against the helper (green) and down into the injured person's mouth (red). The design of the nozzle forces the auxiliary to gap large and squeeze their lips around the injured mouth so that it closes tightly. The check valve has large holes which reduces the resistance and facilitates the helper to cope with a longer pass artificial respiration.
