As well as a supportive team culture and constructive reviews, we also push meaningful company-wide dialogue. The bi-annual ‘My Voice’ survey is an opportunity for every employee in the Group to express their views on a whole range of topics. The results act as both a barometer for what matters to our community and a stimulus for policy going forward. In between these surveys we use an online tool (”&Frankly”) that allows local teams to share feedback on live issues.
